Elizabeth Ackerson is a passionate entrepreneur, board-certified nurse practitioner, and skilled aesthetic injector who turned adversity into opportunity. In the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Elizabeth founded her own medical aesthetics practice in rural Iowa, scaling it to seven figures in just two years. Her success story is a testament to the power of determination, resilience, and a clear vision.

But Elizabeth’s journey goes beyond business. After finding her own success, she discovered a deep passion for helping other women thrive — not only in their careers but in their families and personal lives as well. As a mother of three, Elizabeth understands the delicate balance between business, motherhood, and self-care, and she's committed to empowering other women to find that same harmony.

Elizabeth is also the creator and host of the podcast Call Her Boss: Women Helping Women Thrive in Business, Life, and Family.
